Joyce Hyam, MPA/HSA, BSN, RN, PHN has been a nurse for over thirty years working in acute care and community settings. She is a certified speaker, facilitator and coach who is passionate about training others in achieving the outcomes they want for themselves, and the organization. Joyce uses accelerated learning techniques so everyone will relate to the material and can begin to use the tools immediately. She teaches communication skills so people learn how to apply optimal instant rapport techniques within their healthcare organization. She uses examples and stories to bring across the information in a clear manner. Her training is fun, motivating, inspiring and most of all practical.
Joyce has a BSN from the City University of New York and a Master in Public Administration with a specialty in Health Services and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. She founded a successful healthcare organization which was sold to a healthcare conglomerate. Her experience includes being on boards of national and local health organizations.
