WHo WE ARE
Stephen Kirkpatrick, CEO
Stephen Kirkpatrick started his career in LA working for an entertainment consulting firm and most recently ran the Managed Speaker Division at Executive Speakers Bureau where he cultivated incredible relationships across multiple industries.
His passion for coaching translates into all areas of his life; including providing targeted strategies for speaker success when it comes to keynote topics and presentations and client success as they search for the inspirational message their audiences need.
Stephen currently lives in Mississippi with his college sweetheart and two amazing kids. He has a very needy bulldog and a cat his wife rescued from Walmart.
MEGAN CASPER, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, MARKETING & EVENTS
Megan Casper has worked in the speaking industry since 2011. She began her career at one of the world’s most respected speaker bureaus, where she provided advanced logistical support for former politicians, best-selling authors, political analysts, internationally recognized professors, and more.
Megan thrives behind the scenes, partnering with speakers and clients to ensure every event is seamless and successful. She lives in Virginia with her Army Veteran Husband, two amazing kids, an adorable Goldendoodle, and—most recently—five chickens and a leopard gecko.
