I had the pleasure of listening to Kent Jackson at the National Client Press Ganey Conference Last November.  I was so impressed with Kent ’s presentation that I invited him to speak at our annual planning day in February.  He has the ability to translate theory and best practice into practical, proven strategies to improve the patient and family experience.  Kent is an excellent speaker who puts the audience at ease.  He is credible and genuine so he quickly gains their interest and respect.
