Mr. Cirillo was the closing speaker at our conference.  In my opinion, that is the TOUGHEST time slot for a speaker.  Before the session started, Mr. Cirillo had the audience on their feet, engaged in his singing and ready for the content of the session.  As he finished his session, all the participants hung around for more!  No one wanted to leave because they had so much fun.
