Robert Elliott loves to inspire people to find their purpose in life. He has a passion for integrating indigenous views of leadership and community building, particularly those of the Balinese and the Dagara people of Burkina Faso, West Africa, with his formal and informal western education. He calls his work Creating Quality, and defines quality (from the etymology dictionary) as embodying a sense of nobility, dignity and worthiness and that together these terms fit us; they’re a match for who we are. Mr. Elliott is currently on the business faculties of UCLA, UC Irvine, and Loyola Marymount Extension programs. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from UC Berkeley, where he graduated with honors, and a Masters of Fine Arts from Sarah Lawrence College.
