Nothing is more gratifying to Robert Elliott than to inspire others to take a stand for who they really are. His work encourages them to speak and act in authentic ways that serve their personal and professional development and contribute to the betterment of their workplace. His enthusiasm and passion directly translate to his success as a teacher, workshop facilitator, and speaker.

Drawing on culturally diverse traditions, ancient practices, the creative arts, and depth psychology, Robert Elliott’s innovative, Creating Quality programs provide a refreshing holistic perspective for manifesting positive change. His programs offer a safe space to revise and expand your own personal story; one that includes seeing yourself capable of much more than you ever dreamed possible. In addition to making adjustments to previous ways of thinking and acting, you learn more about what gifts you have to offer the world and how you might use those gifts to become truly fulfilled.

Each presentation is facilitated as an interactive program aimed to empower. Participants receive a personal practice they can make use of long after they’ve attended one of Robert’s workshops or speaking events.

Through the use of stories, lecture, meditation, group discussion, and customized experiential exercises, Robert’s masterful approach to teaching brings out the inherent wisdom in participants. This results in greater understanding, recall, and integration of the information, as validated by feedback from participants.

Creating Quality is about embodying a sense of nobility, dignity and worthiness, and that together these attributes fit us; they match who we truly are. Here’s how this is lived:

  • Bringing out the best in others and ourselves
  • Choosing to serve as role models in all areas of our lives
  • Participating with change in a conscious way
  • Tapping into our full potential as leaders, communicators, and relationship builders

Creating Quality Leadership

In today’s ever-changing healthcare industry, authentic leadership, the ability to lead in a way that provides the maximum benefit for all concerned, is an invaluable contribution that all employees, regardless of position or rank, can make to their organization…if they know how. Unfortunately, legitimate models of authentic leadership are rare. What are the principles of quality leadership that will create sustainability in our working environments? How do we become comfortable being uncomfortable with the changes currently being thrust upon us in our professional lives? How do we lead in a meaningful way so that our co-workers, supervisors, and patients will want to follow? Drawing on examples from mythology, depth psychology, and the creative and martial arts, participants will learn in this program how to:

  • Lead in a manner that promotes community within their organization
  • Act with integrity and make choices that lead to genuine power
  • Cultivate the “warrior spirit”
  • Utilize a quality leadership model which will support them in creating a collaborative team spirit with their staff
  • Free themselves from the “us versus them” trap
  • Support the professional growth of their colleagues

Facing Change: Dealing with Conflict, Stress, and the Unknown

Ongoing personal conflicts, stress and the inability to consciously deal with the unknown have eroded professional relationships and produced instability in our work environments. How do we become comfortable being uncomfortable with the changes currently being thrust upon us in our professional lives? This program offers creative solutions for approaching change and encouragement for accepting challenging circumstances as opportunities to achieve professional and personal growth.
