Michael Taylor, Managing Partner; A

graduate, Mike began his healthcare career at
Geisinger
Medical
Center
after 11 years of active duty in the Army.
His 15 years of search experience began at a large national healthcare recruiting and consulting business where he developed and grew both the physician and executive search divisions. Before the firm was sold to a public company in 2000, Mr. Taylor was in charge of business development and for selling 400 search assignments annually to integrated delivery systems, hospitals, physician groups, and managed care organizations. Accordingly, he personally completed searches for nationally recognized healthcare clients across the country from
Hartford
(
Aetna
) to Seattle (Group Health Permanente) and many more in between.
His abilities as a speaker and writer enable him to publish in prestigious healthcare publications and speak at national meetings including the Medical Group Practice Association and the
American
College
of Physician Executives (ACPE).
Mike received his B.S. from West Point, his M.A. from
Duke
University, and his M.B.A. from
Long Island
University.
