Diane Sieg spent over 20 years of her nursing career working in hospital emergency rooms across the country helping people in crisis. She also has over 20 years experience in the Health and Fitness Field as a Certified Lifestyle Counselor (CLC), Personal Trainer, and Health Fitness Instructor. Today, as a Speaker, Author, and Lifestyle Consultant, Diane helps people stop living life like an emergency by learning how to slow down, take time, and take good care of themselves.
Diane considers herself an expert at "emergency living", in more ways than one. It wasn't until she ended up in the emergency room herself that she realized she needed to stop and learn how to take better care of herself. In her recently published book, STOP Living Life Like an EMERGENCY! Rescue Strategies for the Overworked and Overwhelmed (LifeLine Press 2002) Diane uses the life lessons and survival skills she gleaned from both her professional and personal life.
