Innovative Healthcare Speakers (“IHS”) is a speaker’s bureau that is 100% dedicated to providing the healthcare industry expert speakers with innovative solutions to every problem, issue, trend or threat affecting healthcare today and tomorrow.
We work with hospitals, health systems, state and national associations, healthcare vendors and any client that is in need of a speaker to address a healthcare topic.
The services IHS provides for you are free.
We are compensated by the speaker, not the client, and only for the engagement we secure for them. Our job is to be the liaison between the client and the speaker by providing you with the best possible speaker that will exceed your needs.

At IHS we can confidently suggest any of our speakers to you because we carefully screen each one. We review materials, watch demo tapes and check references to make sure that they have great content, excellent stage presence and are easy to work with.
We want to make your job as easy as possible. You have enough to handle with the logistics of your event. Researching, reviewing and checking availability… just to narrow down your choices can be time consuming and difficult.
Tell us about your event topic, your audience and most importantly your expectations and let us help. We have all the latest reviews, updated availability and work one-on-one with the speakers to ensure all your needs are met and surpassed.
How We Work:
Once a date is selected and confirmed with the Speaker, IHS will send you a Firm Offer/Contract with all the details of your event pertinent to the speaker. A conference call with the speaker is always recommended to ensure the topic you are envisioning is compatible with the speaker’s expertise.
A Deposit invoice for 50% of the speaker’s honorarium will be sent with the Firm Offer.
The signed Firm Offer needs to be returned to IHS within 7 days. The deposit is due within 21 days of the sent Firm Offer.
The 50% balance will be invoiced 15 days prior to the event and is due within 7 days of the completion of the speaker’s services or presentation.
